Terms of Sale
Last updated on 09 Sep 2025
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all services offered by Ardent Studio, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under number 930 914 924 00012, with its registered office located at 229 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. Any order or acceptance of a quote constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client.
Ardent Studio provides services including website design, visual identity, web and mobile application design, as well as strategic consulting in design and communication. Each project is subject to a quote or written exchange (email, messaging) specifying the scope of work, deliverables, estimated number of working days, and financial terms.
Validation of the quote or written agreement on the mission initiates the start of the project. A deposit may be required at the time of order. The balance is payable upon receipt of the final invoice, by bank transfer, under the terms stated in the quote. No refunds will be issued once the quote has been accepted or the agreement confirmed, even if the client decides to cancel the project.
Delivery times are estimated in working days and specified for each project. These timeframes are indicative and may be adjusted by mutual agreement, particularly in response to client feedback or changes in project scope.
Intellectual property rights for all creations produced by Ardent Studio remain the exclusive property of Ardent Studio until full payment of the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in the quote or written agreement, usage rights are transferred to the client upon full payment, under the conditions defined (scope, duration, territory, media).
Ardent Studio shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform caused by the client (including delays in validation, missing deliverables, etc.) or due to force majeure. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with French law.
